WIAY

What I ate yesterday.

Breakfast

An almond flour paleo pancake topped with sunbutter, coconut, and banana.  Plus coffee with coconut milk.

Lunch

Paleo chicken salad in a paleo wrap!  Those little guys are GOOD!

Plus a seltzer water.


Dinner

Stir fry- turkey burger, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower rice, and coconut aminos.

Not pictured- a protein shake and a handful of popcorn.
