Whole30 April

The

So I woke up this morning with my belly still aching.  What in the world was it?!  It had to have been that pizza or popcorn.  Either way I'm done with the junk.  I don't eat terrible but I still don't make the best choices when I'm around junk food.  Where is my willpower?  Plus obviously my gut needs a reset.

After reading about Kim and Matt's Whole30s I had been debating doing one myself.  Did you know I've never actually done a Whole30?!  I also found out this morning that Jess over at Paleo Jess is doing the Whole30 in April too.  That pretty much confirmed it for me.

Does anyone else want to do a Whole30 in April?  I will definitely be posting step by step of mine for the whole month.

You will do awesome! I've done the 21 day sugar detox but never the whole 30. I've only heard wonderful things about it though! Best of luck!

I have been batting around the idea of it actually. My biggest thing would be giving up dairy. I don't seem to have a problem with the small amount I currently eat. I should just bite the bullet and do it though :)

I'm going to look at it. I've been way off Paleo, but wending my way back this weekend. Just had paleo pancakes with apple sauce. Used pumpkin pie spice to perk them up and glad to be back to healthier eating. Once again, I learn that junky food never makes me happy.

Ooh, I'm in! I did one in January and it was awesome, but I needed longer than 30 days. Then I tried to do one in March, and it just didn't work out. I could use some partners for accountability!

This sounds like a great program. I look forward to reading about how it works for you!

Let's do it Emily! Starting April 1st! Are you going to blog about it?

Let me know if you decide to do it!

Dairy is the thing that affects me the most! I used to eat cheese all the time and now my belly can't handle it. Even in small amounts.

I'm doing Whole30. I decided. I need that strict motivation right now. I have a feeling if I cut dairy out for a month and go back, my body might not respond so well. We'll see what happens.

I think we are doing it in April too! I won't lie I am super scared of how hard it will be but I need to do it!

I've already done a Whole30 but I'm going to be doing something similar (starting tomorrow)... not following any exact programs like Whole30/21DSD but I know where my weaknesses are and what I have to do so coming up with my own thing (without the label) to do for 4 weeks.

Are you going to blog about it?

I did one in January and it was amazing! I will be doing it in April again and try to blog about it at sunshinefaith.wordpress.com (I sometimes run out of hours in the day to blog!)
